Are your sunglasses authentic?

All of the sunglasses for sale at SunglassesHome.com are 100% authentic. We never deal with fakes, imitations or non-original sunglasses. SunglassesHome.com offers name brand sunglasses at the best prices and all sunglasses purchased from us come with their original case (hard or soft, depending on the frame) and all the authenticity papers from the manufacturer or the official distributor.

I am looking for a brand or product that is not shown on your website. Do you carry it?

We carry the most famous designer names and we usually have the latest and previous collections. If you are looking for a particular style from a past collection or of a brand not listed, email us at info@sunglasseshome.com.

Which payment method can I use at SunglassesHome.com?

You can pay for your order using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Money Order, Western Union, Wire transfers or by Personal Check. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

How much does the shipping cost within the U.S.A.?

All ground shipping within the U.S.A. is FREE! Please refer to our Shipping page for options.

How much does the shipping cost outside of U.S.A.?

All items that are sent overseas are shipped with the United States Postal Service. The items are ALL MARKED AS GIFT so that there are NO CUSTOMS FEES , NO DUTIES and NO TAXES. We do all we can to make our international customers happy.

Do the sunglasses on your website come with cases?

Yes, every pair of sunglasses on our website comes with manufacturer’s hard case or cloth pouch.

Do I have to pay tax?

We are a registered business in the State of New York. All sales which are shipped to NY are subject to a sales tax. This tax will automatically be added to your total.

Is it safe to use my credit card over the Internet?

SunglassesHome.com uses the latest Internet security technology to protect your credit card information—the Secure Socket Layer system(SSL). This system is compatible with both the Netscape and Internet Explorer web browsers and ensures that your credit card number is protected and cannot be viewed by outside parties.

What is your return policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your sunglasses, you may return them,within 14 days for a refund. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days from receipt of your sunglasses and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping costs will not be refunded. If you had  FREE SHIPPING keep in mind shipping costs will be deducted from your order upon return.The original shipping costs charge (US$20.00/Order) processed to our shipping agents are non-refundable.

What if I want to cancel my order?

If the order is cancelled before we ship the sunglasses, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied. All shipping costs will be refunded completely. This is becuase when a customer places an order it goes right to our vendors for shipping and we are not allowed to stop the order.

Do you sell wholesale?

Yes, we have a large number of clients who buy wholesale. We supply numerous stores and websites with the latest fashions. If you are interested in our products please email the items and quantity you are interested in, we will respond with a price quote.
